Haven't had my paper delivered in a month. I call and eamail everyday.
Have talked with Cecelia Alverez 3 times now and she, as well as everyone else, just reads from a script. The only thing she got excited about helping me with today was when I told her to just cancel my subscription. She was very quick to help me with that. I give up.
No use complaining. The Bee just don't care about their customers.
