On December 17, 2022, I called the Bee Customer Service specifying I did not want to continue my automatic renewal for my subscription. The CS rep said that would be noted in my account and I would not be automatically renewed or automatically charged.
Then, in January 2023 I received notice from the Bee that my subscription had been renewed. I then received my VISA statement showing that the Bee had charged for the renewal on 1/23/23. I spoke with CS on 2/1/23 (John), 2/2/23 (Ava), 2/16/23 (Lynn) and then (Arby). I was told by John (who told me he was located locally) and Ava that they were sending the matter to the billing/finance department (I was given both those named departments).
After speaking with Lynn I was transferred to Arby, who said he was a supervisor located in the Phillippines. Arby assured me he would have his supervisor contact me, which has not occurred.
I have made these multiple attempts to contact someone with authority to look into this matter and correct it. This was a fraudulent charge made by the Bee to my credit card. Before I take further action, I am hoping your department will assist me in righting this wrong.

A very long time customer of the Bee who is very dissatisfied with the lack of accountability your personnel have demonstrated in this matter.

Unhappy with removal of Find The Word puzzle.
Thank you for trying to bring back a small portion of Find The Word in today's (Sunday's) paper. BUT, a few comments.
In your attempt perhaps to make amends, you added Teleword to the arsenal of brain exercises, but in doing so, you inadvertently cut off the last line of words to find! So, the puzzle would never be solved, not to mention that the letters are sooooo small, one needs a magnifying glass to see them!
Perhaps the Sudoku puzzle (which I also do daily) could have been reduced is size to allow for the entire Teleword could have been printed. I want to see Find The Word return in it's original form!
