Kelly, the new owner of the Roseville Area wearhouse that deliveries the Sac Bee to the subscribers handed out a flyer on 11/3/2017 to the carriers that change the delivery times from 5:30 a.m. M-F and 6:30 a.m.

Sat and Sun to 11:00 a.m. I'm not sure if this is fraud but it might be a way for subscribers to get out of their contracts with the Sac Bee and get their money back. The contract that the subscribers sign with the Sac Bee state the delivery times are 5:30 a.m. M-F and 6:30 a.m.

Sat and Sun.

Hope this helps some of you get your money back. You should ask your carrier if they have a copy of the flyer Kelly handed out.

I didn't like: Delivery stinks, Poor customer service.
